Meet Waterlily Playscape Volunteers

The Waterlily playscape volunteers will be having a stall at the

Ocean Shores Country Club Family Fun Day

on 27 November 2016 from 11am.

Come and say hello. Kids and adult volunteers will explain everything you wanted to know about the project and will show you our plans. You could also take part in planning and drawing future features while visiting the stall.

At 3pm, we will draw a raffle to support the project.

Want to support the project and get a chance to win some of these awesome prizes?

Come and look for us at the shopping centre on Friday 18.11, Wednesday 23.11 and Friday 25.22 from 10am to 12pm.

Can’t make it on these dates? Contact us on 0405383798 to buy tickets any time.

We cannot sell tickets on the day of the raffle draw, so make sure you get your tickets prior to the raffle draw day.

quoteA big thank you to everyone…

A big thank you to everyone for going the extra mile to provide more than $1500 worth of prizes for our first Raffle. You’ll be pleased to know that all the winners were thrilled with the prizes they received.

We had a good day at the Country Club’s Family Fun Day on Sunday. Lots of families asking questions, and very excited about the next installment in the Playscape early 2017.

We have 3 new Family Memberships, and 2 more contacts from Sunday’s event too, which I’ve passed on to Orit.

A big shout out to everyone who helped on the day and through the Raffle sales in Ocean Village Shopping Centre throughout November. This also includes Cath Garvan (our first online Member) who helped at the Shopping Centre and on the Family Fun Day too. All the helpers did an excellent job, and in total we raised $1,663 on the Raffle over the month.

That’s a pretty good result I think, and it wouldn’t have happened if we all hadn’t pulled together for an exciting community project.
