The launch of Waterlily Playscape at Waterlily Park at Ocean Shores on Sunday was ‘a huge success’ according to organisers. ‘Hundreds of locals attended. The kids were playing on the new equipment enthusiastically.

‘There were lovely performances by Ocean Shores Public School choir, a flash mob by the school parliament students, amazing flute solo by Akesa and a vibrant dance show by Bollywood little and big sisters.’

Greens state MP Tamara Smith congratulated the community and the committee for their achievement, followed by greetings from Josie Tebo, former committee chair, Orit Ben Harush, current chair and Luke and Lily, Ocean Shores Public School captains.

Thank you to the kids of Ocean Shores Primary School for raising $216.50 from face painting and a cake stall at the celebration 🙂

With 6 days to go the community has so far raised $4,214. Please share!
